- Pickup and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges

I purchased the couch and needed shipping to be delayed as I wasn’t at the new unit yet - customer service team made this very easily and always responded within 24 hours. Came in two boxes, I was able to maneuver these myself (I’m a 5”2 female). Assembly was SO easy. As comfort goes, I can’t wait to nap on it… very comfy although the back is pretty low. So far, I’ve really enjoyed lounging on it and my guests have mentioned the same. It looks great and is modern. Will look better after I get a rug. If anything, the customer service team said the price is discounted only for the July 4 weekend but it’s still at the discounted price. I highly recommend this couch. When I move out of the apartment, I’d imagine I need a friend to help but it doesn’t seem that heavy so it’ll be manageable.
