• Cushions & Fabric: Warranty includes any defects in cushion filling, stitching, or the fabric, such as wear and tear under normal conditions.

How It Works

1. Claim Submission: If you notice any issues with your product within the warranty period, simply contact our customer service team at info@theaifurniture.com.
2. Assessment: Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions on the next steps. We may request photos or other documentation to better understand the issue.
3. Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either repair the defect or provide a replacement. Shipping of replacement parts or products is covered as part of the warranty.
